Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) seeks a proactive leader to head a hospital housekeeping department, creating a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients. You will guide a team, manage recruiting/training, monitor quality, safety, and compliance, and collaborate with facility leadership to meet budgets and performance goals.

Applicants should have healthcare supervisory experience, strong communication, and data-driven improvement skills.

Job Description

Lead a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect

Requirements
  • 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
  • Not Required But a Big Plus
  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
  • Familiarity with OSHA, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory requirements
