Job summary

HHS Senior Living, LLC (USA) is seeking a leader to head a goal‑oriented hospital housekeeping department. You will create a productive team environment and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable healing setting for patients.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, perform inspections, analyze data, and collaborate with leaders to meet budget, quality, and regulatory goals while maintaining top-tier customer and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly employees.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect.
