You will lead inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs, manage CMMS work orders, coordinate with vendors and staff, and prepare status reports for hospital leadership.

A background in healthcare facility systems and regulatory compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in at least one skilled building trade (HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls or carpentry).
• Working knowledge of hospital building systems, maintenance practices, and occupied healthcare environments.
• Experience using CMMS to manage preventive maintenance, work orders, assets, labor, and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of hospital facilities and maintenance services.
• Maintain a master schedule of inspections, testing, preventive maintenance, certifications, and permits, coordinating staff, vendors, and inspectors.
• Track deficiencies from inspections and surveys through corrective action, including estimates and verification of repairs.
• Keep compliance binders and electronic records accurate and survey-ready; support accreditation surveys and tracers.
• Assist with risk-control processes such as ILSM, ICRA, and changes to regulatory requirements.
• Provide day-to-day direction and technical support to facilities staff, including troubleshooting and after-hours coverage.
• Promote safe work practices and infection-prevention requirements; coordinate training for staff.
• Assist with maintenance, renovation, infrastructure, and capital projects, and report progress to leadership.

Pay Rate:Salary - Salary Plan, 75,000.00 USD AnnualJob DescriptionThis role will require the candidate to live around Titusville, Florida for our new location.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director in the safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of hospital facilities, utilities, building systems, and maintenance services.
