Job summary

HHS seeks a Senior Hospital Housekeeping Leader to guide a goal-oriented department in a hospital setting.

You will build a caring environment, drive safety, and ensure patient comfort while leading a team through recruiting, training, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing salaried and hourly staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and standard software.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Bilingual skills a plus, especially Spanish.
• Familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Lead a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department to create a team environment that is effective, productive, and rewarding. Together with your team, you will create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respect

Requirements
