Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction management team based in Hopkinton, MA. The role oversees projects across Eastern and Central Massachusetts, partnering with leadership, clients, design teams, and subcontractors from preconstruction through closeout.

Candidate will manage diverse projects in Life Sciences, Commercial, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Industrial, and Institutional sectors, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence, with opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing projects in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, MEP, Infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and identify risk mitigation opportunities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Support field teams and collaborate with Superintendents to drive project execution.
