We are seeking a Construction Administrator to provide professional construction management and administration services in support of a healthcare construction project. The role covers planning, design review, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or 15 years directly related experience).
• Minimum 3 years of construction field experience in CM/CA.
• Knowledge of QA, safety, time, cost, change, and information management.
• Familiarity with general and subcontractor site operations and building construction processes.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction for QA and identify deficiencies relative to construction documents.
• Understand baseline schedule and value of work in place.
• Provide consultative assistance related to operations, renovation, and new construction for EHRM.
• Manage records, correspondence, technical documentation, samples, and deliveries to support project managers and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain control logs, prepare data formats, and necessary forms and files.
• Track construction modifications, RFIs, and material submittals.
• Arrange meetings: locations, schedule, agenda, reservations, attendance lists.
• Download, rename, and copy project submittals and RFIs from RMS to VA/Activation servers.
