Job summary

Procon Consulting, a top-ranked construction management and technology firm, seeks a Construction Administrator to support a healthcare project from planning through closeout. You'll monitor QA, safety, schedules, and document control, liaising with owners, contractors, and VA/EC teams as needed.

The role emphasizes strong communication and coordination on complex projects. This position requires OSHA 30, site operations familiarity, and ability to manage RFIs, submittals, and logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or related field; 15 years experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of QA, safety, time, cost, change and information management.
• Familiarity with site operations of General and Sub-contractor workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction for Quality Assurance and identify deficiencies.
• Understand baseline schedule and value of work in place.
• Provide consultative assistance for operations, renovation, and new construction programs.
• Manage records, correspondence, and technical documentation to support construction management operations.
• Establish control logs and prepare required forms and working files.
• Track modifications, RFIs, and submittals in RMS and for VA/Activation servers.
