Job summary

Chapters Health is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead the implementation and monitoring of the Corporate Compliance Program across the organization. You will provide guidance to leadership and staff to meet regulatory requirements and manage risk, while ensuring high standards of patient care and service in our communities.

The role demands extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing/health care or related field; Master's preferred
• Florida RN license or equivalent active license
• Minimum 5 years' experience in compliance/risk management
• Minimum 1 year of management/supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for federal, Joint Commission, state and local hospice/home health regulations
• Manage compliance activities and implement organizational practices
• Collaborate with leaders to integrate compliance and performance improvement activities
• Oversee auditors and prepare monitoring/auditing reports for Senior Director of Compliance
• Ensure findings are addressed and followed up
