Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare compliance or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience.
• Experience with the 7 elements of a compliance program.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance within 1.5 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Healthcare Compliance Program across PeaceHealth system.
• Manage team hiring, training, mentoring, and performance.
• Develop reports, metrics, and presentations for leadership.
• Oversee investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
• Provide guidance and liaison with legal, risk, and other departments.
• Support annual risk assessments and compliance work planning.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent
