Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead a system-wide compliance program across the pediatric practice. The role emphasizes HIPAA, billing codes, internal policies, audits, and proactive risk management to protect patients and the organization.

You will partner with the Chief Legal Officer and leadership team to embed compliance into day-to-day operations and strategic growth, while promoting an ethical culture and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance or related field; pediatrics preferred.
• CHC or similar healthcare compliance certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, billing, and privacy regulations.
• Ability to conduct audits and investigations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, maintain a system-wide compliance program for Pediatrics Plus.
• Monitor HIPAA, billing codes, and internal policies; develop preventative measures.
• Foster a culture of compliance and serve as a business enabler for growth.
• Provide strategic guidance to align compliance with growth goals.
• Coordinate internal and external compliance audits and inspections.
