Job summary

TRA Medical Imaging in Tacoma, WA seeks a Compliance Program Manager to lead our outpatient imaging compliance program. The role reports to the CEO via HR & Compliance, with external support, and involves risk assessment, policy development, and training across sites.

You will own incident handling, audits, and regulatory readiness, partnering with leaders to drive practical improvements and maintain trust and patient safety. This is 100% onsite in Downtown Tacoma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare admin, business, compliance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive healthcare compliance experience.
• Proficiency with audit, incident handling, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily work and ongoing improvement of the compliance program.
• Draft, implement, and monitor policies and training.
• Manage incident reports from intake to closure and coordinate corrective actions.
• Conduct compliance audits and site visits and verify corrective actions.
• Provide leadership with clear risk reporting and recommendations.
