Job summary

TRA Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced Compliance Program Manager to lead our compliance program across the outpatient imaging organization. In this role you will protect patients, support staff, and translate healthcare requirements into practical, sustainable processes.

You will report to the CEO with support from the HR & Compliance team and collaborate with site leaders to assess risks, implement approved changes, and monitor program effectiveness across DINW and CMBC sites.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance or related field.
• Ability to independently interpret requirements and translate findings into recommendations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily work and ongoing improvement of the compliance program end-to-end.
• Maintain records, respond to inquiries, assess risks, and advise leadership.
• Lead lifecycle of policies and processes from research to training and implementation.
• Handle incident reports from intake through corrective actions and closure.
• Perform audits and site visits, document findings, and verify effectiveness of actions.
• Create and deliver compliance training and maintain records of completion.
• Administer compliance systems and regulatory documentation for HIPAA, OSHA, and ACR readiness.
• Serve as day-to-day resource for staff and leadership; communicate expectations clearly.
• Monitor regulatory changes and prepare leadership reports with external guidance.
