Zusammenfassung

The Valley Hospital is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to act as subject matter expert on corporate compliance, HIPAA privacy, AI governance, and health information exchange oversight across VHS and affiliated entities. You will lead the program, develop policies, and conduct audits, delivering education to clinicians, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities include evaluating regulatory adherence, interfacing with regulators, and advising the Chief Compliance Officer, GC, medical leadership,

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
4 years healthcare compliance auditing experience, 2 years in physician settings.
Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

Lead implementation and evaluation of the compliance program.
Develop and maintain organizational policies.
Conduct audits and assessments of processes and controls.
Deliver compliance education to clinicians, staff and leadership.
Interface with regulators and advise leadership on compliance matters.
