Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to serve as a subject matter expert on corporate compliance, HIPAA privacy, AI governance, and health information exchange oversight across VHS and affiliated entities. The role leads the implementation and ongoing evaluation of the program, develops policies, conducts audits, and delivers education to staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Finance, Allied Health Professions, or related field.
• Four years of healthcare compliance auditing experience with at least two years in physician office settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ongoing evaluation of the compliance program across VHS and affiliated entities.
• Develop and maintain organizational policies and conduct audits/assessments of processes and controls.
• Deliver compliance education to clinicians, staff, and leadership and advise on regulatory requirements.
