Job summary

AHS is seeking a Senior Corporate Compliance Officer to lead the organization’s compliance program across HIPAA, privacy, security, and ethics. This salaried, exempt role requires strategic oversight, audit management, and collaboration with senior leadership to ensure regulatory alignment.

You will drive policy development, education, and monitoring, and coordinate licensing reviews with state and county regulators while guiding mergers and partnerships to ensure lawful and ethical operations.

Qualifications

• Senior level, salaried exempt position with extensive management experience.
• Master's degree preferred; minimum of five years in management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Corporate and Program Compliance Officer; oversee acquisitions and business development.
• Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors.
• Oversee work-life health & welfare for 600+ employees.
• Lead acquisition integration and due diligence.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to improve processes and implement solutions across the organization.
