Enhabit Home Health & Hospice (a national home-based care provider) seeks a capable business development professional to manage relationships with physician practices, hospitals and other referral sources. You will educate partners on services and program requirements to support smooth post-acute transitions and improve patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare admin, marketing or related field, or nursing/therapy/social work graduate.
• Experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing or sales.
• Familiarity with Medicare guidelines governing home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and auto liability insurance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary relationship manager with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, health systems).
• Promote awareness of services and program requirements to referral sources, patients and families to support post-acute transitions.
• Support referral growth and ensure high-quality patient and referral source satisfaction.
