Unlock Health is seeking an Associate Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day strategic communications engagements for healthcare clients. You will coordinate client stakeholders with internal teams, oversee project management, and identify opportunities to expand services.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships and delivering omnichannel campaigns that protect and strengthen client reputations. You’ll guide strategy through execution, collaborate with managed care and analytics teams,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare strategy or communications in a client-service environment.
• Experience developing and executing integrated communications across earned, owned, shared, and paid channels.
• Strong writing and editing skills with client-facing materials.
• Track record managing healthcare client relationships and providing strategic counsel.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare information into clear recommendations.
• Experience with media monitoring/PR platforms such as Cision and Meltwater.
• Understanding of managed care, healthcare reimbursement, regulatory developments, and payer-provider relationships.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics; intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong presentation skills and clear communication to clients and teams.
• Judgment and initiative to manage competing priorities and adapt to client needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of client accounts and coordinate between client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Create and manage project management materials, including status tracking.
• Support vendor management related to database development, consumer research, and call center services.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope of work with existing clients as part of business development.
• Serve as primary point of contact for key client stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of engagements.
• Contribute to meetings and update clients on all activities.
• Develop comprehensive communication plans leveraging owned, earned, shared and paid media.
• Elevate client reputation with tactical strategies that position their value in the market.
• Build narratives and engagement plans to grow trust among key audiences.
• Develop targeted messaging and materials to execute on approved strategies.
• Contribute to creative concepts and asset development.
• Prepare message platforms, drafts of communications, briefs, and deliverables for review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives.
