Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/healthcare administration, HIM, or HIT.
• CPC/CCS-P/RHIA/RHIT active status preferred.
• Three years healthcare management experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital billing coding department and strategic direction.
• Oversee staffing, performance evaluations, and budgeting.
• Ensure coding accuracy, timelines, and compliance with CMS and HIPAA.
• Lead system enhancements and workflows with Epic and 3M.
• Present regular reports to senior leadership.
