Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign ICD, HCPCS/CPT, and E/M codes for outpatient and/or inpatient encounters with high accuracy.
• Abstract demographic and clinical data for reporting and reimbursement needs.
• Validate charges on accounts and discuss coding questions with providers.
