• 1 year of inside sales or recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact new clinician registrations to validate interest and convert them into active leads.
• Utilize outreach methods (phone, email, text, LinkedIn) to engage clinicians.
• Pitch multiple job opportunities based on skills, availability and preferences.
• Maintain accurate clinician profiles including preferences and licensure in the database.
• Educate clinicians on licensing requirements (IMLC) to facilitate job placements.
• Collaborate with recruiting roles to improve engagement and submission rates.
• Meet or exceed outreach and conversion targets set by management.
• Follow structured call schedules for efficient engagement and pipeline management.
