Job summary

LocumTenens.com, located in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Clinician Relations Specialist to foster strong clinician relationships, onboard new assignments, and maintain ongoing communication with clinicians throughout assignments.

You will coordinate travel logistics, gather required documentation, and guide clinicians through credentialing and timekeeping processes, while collaborating with the sales and support teams to optimize care delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Concierge Service to Clinicians and build relationships with clinicians.
• Coordinate travel packets and assignment logistics for the duration of the booking.
• Serve as a liaison between clinicians and the travel team for all aspects of clinician travel.
• Document interactions and assignment details in Salesforce and ensure timely completion of all paperwork.
• Explain pay schedule and timesheet instructions to clinicians.
