Job summary

Spring View Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of the assigned department, ensure alignment with objectives, and support high-quality patient care. The role requires leading staff, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, while fostering professional growth and reliable attendance.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8am–5pm EST, with a base pay rate of $47,000, plus comprehensive benefits and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop departmental goals aligned with the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
• Perform and oversee scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
• Determine and justify needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitor usage, and oversee proper working order and/or stock supplies.
• Create and foster an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Ensure department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
• Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors.
• Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Skilled in the application of policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
• Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.
• Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.
