Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• At least 3 years in customer or client success.
• Knowledge of medical billing, coding and RCM workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback collection.
• Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions, issues, and concerns.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, bugs, or blockers affecting client workflows.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Technology, and other internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Track issues through to closure with clear communication and outcomes.
• Share client insights and performance metrics with internal stakeholders.
• Document all client interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
