• Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications.
• Strong written and oral English communication.
• Self-aware and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide service standards for all clients and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with client staff to ensure product quality delivered to customers.
• Report to the Client Service Director within Account Management Division.
• Manage relationships with diverse clients including Labor Unions, insurers, universities, and municipalities.
