Job summary

You will manage account activity, conduct site visits, and coordinate with plants to ensure accurate orders, inventory and customer satisfaction. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Industry experience or prior customer service experience.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and par levels within assigned accounts and notify plant if overages occur.
• Drive to retrieve linen quantities from external sources quarterly.
• Conduct client site visits, inventory checks, audits, and surveys as assigned.
