Job summary

NOVO Health Services in St. Louis is seeking a Client Relations Manager to serve as the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering prompt, accurate service to promote loyalty and protect company assets.

The CRM will manage assets, conduct site visits, inventory, audits, and education efforts, while collaborating with plant management to resolve issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to travel freely within the assigned territory.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate inventory and par levels within assigned accounts.
• Notify customers and plant of overages or discrepancies and adjust orders.
• Drive and support to retrieve at least 1,500 pounds of linen per quarter from external sources.
• Conduct customer site visits, linen room inventory, audits, and surveys.
• Enter data into ABS, Linen Master, Salesforce, One Drive and other spreadsheets weekly.
• Conduct client education on Linen Awareness and cost savings opportunities.
• Respond to client issues and follow up within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with Plant Management for effective communication with internal items and resolution of issues.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
