Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a full-time Client and Member Support role. You will perform plan changes, ID card facilitation, invoicing, and documentation requests while assisting internal teams and supporting implementation processes.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in pharmacy, PBM, or insurance settings, with up to 25% travel within the continental US. Salesforce experience and a Bachelor's or GED are preferred, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy, PBM, and/or insurance setting.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of time within the continental United States.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred.
• Basic problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support plan changes.
• Facilitate ID card processing and documentation requests.
• Handle inbound calls and manage invoicing and group terminations.
• Provide operational support throughout implementation and meetings.
• Oversee prior authorization and eligibility activities.
• Resolve claims issues and manage required reporting.
• Support client and member interactions and onboarding.
