Qualifications

• Experience leading change initiatives from strategy through adoption.
• Experience supporting technology transformation and enterprise-wide process improvements.
• Familiarity with Prosci or ADKAR change frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives from strategy and planning through implementation and adoption.
• Support technology transformation, digital transformation, or process improvements.
• Manage stakeholders, facilitate communications, and build relationships with senior leaders.
• Assess change impacts, organizational readiness, adoption risks, and resistance to change.
• Develop change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption metrics.
• Develop executive-level reports and present to senior leadership.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Collaborate effectively across business and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
