Job summary

Western Washington Medical Group in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking an experienced CFO to lead the organization's financial strategy, stability, and operational performance in a complex healthcare environment.

You will oversee revenue cycles, budgeting, monthly reporting, cash flow, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with clinician leadership to align financial goals with patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years in medical-group finance leadership.
• Strong GAAP, IFRS, SOX knowledge and SEC reporting experience.
• Experience negotiating with lenders and managing audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plans.
• Oversee accounting, GL, tax, and internal controls.
• Manage external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinicians and executive team on financial strategy.
• Develop and mentor the finance team.
