Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Healthcare Finance & Operations leader in Bellevue, WA. The role drives financial oversight, operational leadership and revenue cycle management to optimize patient access and outcomes.

The candidate will manage staff, implement strategic growth plans and ensure regulatory compliance, with a focus on collaboration with physicians and hospital partners. Strong tech proficiency with EHR systems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years healthcare management experience required.
• MFM or OB/GYN practice management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with NextGen, Phreesia, and Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own financial oversight including P&A, budgets, KPIs and growth strategies.
• Optimize patient access, reduce cancellations and ensure full clinician schedules.
• Oversee front-end processes, charge capture and timely claim submission with RCM teams.
• Recruit, hire, train and manage staff; lead monthly workflow meetings.
• Ensure compliance, audits readiness and SOX controls.
• Support strategic growth and service expansion initiatives.
• Build partnerships with physicians, referral sources and hospital partners.
• Maintain proficiency in EHR, PACS and practice management systems.
• Lead process improvement projects aligned with regional and corporate goals.
