Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site healthcare finance operations.
• Three+ years of experience in healthcare finance.
• High integrity and strategic mindset with results orientation.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement structures.

Responsibilities

• Reports to and advises the CEO on organizational strategy and long-term financial sustainability.
• Oversee compliance, annual budget, financial forecasting and revenue cycle reporting.
• Provide data-driven, transparent insights to support informed decisions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance finance team and lead audits and HRSA/BPHC reporting.
• Maintain and update procurement policies aligned with federal requirements.
