Job summary

Center for Family Health seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to provide executive leadership and direct the organization’s finance, revenue cycle, and IT functions. The CFO will partner with the CEO to identify diversified revenue models and strengthen sustainability.

Responsibilities include GAAP-compliant financial reporting, audits, FP&A, budget development, contract oversight, cash management, and risk management. CPA is preferred; healthcare finance and FQHC experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Five years or more of progressive leadership experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Healthcare finance and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of the finance, revenue cycle, and IT functions.
• Direct accounting team functions, ensuring robust internal controls, GAAP compliance, and timely, accurate financial statements.
• Oversee revenue cycle performance with weekly/monthly reporting to monitor accounts receivable and drive improvements.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with auditors, banking partners, payers, and regulators.
• Maintain and refine PPS wrap-around payment accounting and related receivables/liabilities for compliance.
