Qualifications

• Current Louisiana license in a health services, health regulation, or social services field with four years of licensed-practitioner experience in hospital or nursing home admin, health services, health regulation, or social services.
• Bachelor’s degree plus four years in hospital/nursing home administration, health services, health regulation, or social services.
• Master’s degree in health services, health regulation, or social services plus three years in hospital/nursing home administration, health services, or social services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory management and compliance of Home and Community-Based Service providers, Case Management providers, and Direct Service Workers to ensure adherence to state/federal requirements.
• Review provider applications and licensing docs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to providers on regulatory requirements and agency policies.
