Responsibilities

• Review facility records and policies to verify adherence to laws and quality of care.
• Interview patients, residents, staff, and administrators to gather information.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and recommendations.
• Guide facility staff on regulatory compliance and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team and agencies to ensure consistent licensing standards.
• Frequent travel within Field Office 1 as required.
