Fetter Health Care Network is seeking a Practice Manager II to lead and oversee our Center(s), driving administrative and clinical program development aligned with corporate objectives. The role focuses on quality management, utilization management and staff education while coordinating with senior leadership.

You will supervise 20–50 employees, oversee scheduling and supply purchases, and guide operational redesign to improve financial performance and patient care at our health centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of practice management experience.
• Ability to supervise 20–50 employees.
• Experience with quality improvement, regulatory standards and clinical operations.
