You will mentor staff, conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate referrals to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Master’s in Social Work required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Licensure: RN (MN) and/or LICSW (MN).
• Prior leadership or preceptorship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach staff, support department leaders, and provide performance feedback.
• Conduct clinical and psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, and refer patients/families as needed.
• Coordinate services and oversee day-to-day department operations.
