Role Description:

We are a family-run independent Insurance Agency (husband and wife team) looking for team-players and leaders, those with an entrepreneurial approach to business, and those who are passionate about serving their clients. Before we started our agency, Chris had a background in Global Sales and Kristen had a background as a Registered Nurse and Teacher. We are looking for applicants who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and finally earn what they’re worth through duplicatable and proven systems.

Work remotely from anywhere, part-time or full-time, set your own schedule, and no limits on your income. No experience necessary.

This is a 1099 independently contracted, uncapped commission selling position. You will be selling life insurance policies only to people who have already submitted a request for someone to help them with life insurance or mortgage protection insurance (no cold calling). With our proprietary lead generation and training systems in place, you will have the opportunity to establish and grow your own business and earn what you are willing to work for.

We have both full and part-time sales and insurance agency development roles available.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Part Time: 1-2 sales/week: $900 - $2,000 /wk
  • Average: 3-5 sales/week: $1,500 - $2,500 /wk ($85k - $125k /year)
  • Above Average: 6-8 sales/week: $3,000 - $5,500 /wk ($150k - $300k /year)

We have full-time agents averaging 12-15 sales per week in our agency!

Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed
  • You are humble, coachable, and teachable
  • Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and be comfortable with full commission sales
  • A moderate to high degree of computer proficiency
  • Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies). If you aren't licensed, we walk you step by step through how to get licensed
  • Must be a United States Citizen
