PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Manager, Capital Projects & Workplace Services to lead capital construction, renovations, and facility upgrades across the multi-state portfolio.

You will coordinate with IT, HR, Operations, Finance, and external consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required, multi-discipline background preferred.
• Experience leading capital projects and construction activities.
• Strong coordination across architectural, engineering and contractor teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel ~15% and collaborate across locations.

Responsibilities

• Leads capital construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Manages scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
• Coordinates architectural, engineering, and construction teams.
• Oversees tenant improvements, renovations, expansions, and relocations.
• Reviews estimates, schedules, change orders and payments.
• Monitors contractor performance and milestones.
• Leads meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Ensures regulatory, safety and operational requirements are met.
• Supports maintenance planning and infrastructure replacement.
• Coordinates assessments and annual capital plans.
• Prepares procurement docs and funding requests.
• Collaborates with IT, HR, Quality, Compliance and Ops.
