PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Manager, Capital Projects & Workplace Services to lead capital construction and workplace initiatives across the company’s multi-state portfolio. The role partners with Security, IT, Finance, HR, and external consultants to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience managing capital projects & construction activities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across geographically dispersed locations.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts and business cases.
• Proficiency with project management, scheduling and collaboration software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, ProCore).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Travel approx. 15%, between HQ and PIT2 locations; some travel to TN as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads capital construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Manages scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Coordinates architectural, engineering, and construction teams.
• Oversees tenant improvements, renovations, expansions, and relocations.
• Reviews estimates, schedules, change orders, and payment applications.
• Monitors contractor performance and milestones.
• Leads meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Ensures regulatory and safety compliance.
• Supports maintenance planning and infrastructure replacement.
• Coordinates building assessments and condition reviews.
• Assists in annual capital plan development.
• Supports emergency facility restoration after outages.
• Collaborates with business leaders on space requirements.
• Prepares bid packages and procurement docs.
• Supports contract administration and project negotiations.
• Prepares business cases and funding requests.
• Coordinates with IT, HR, Quality, Compliance, and Ops throughout lifecycles.
• Supports business continuity during project execution.
