STV, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support healthcare capital projects as part of the owner's representative team. You will help coordinate design and construction activities, monitor project controls, and foster collaboration among clients, consultants, and contractors.

You will work alongside project managers on complex hospital, pharmaceutical, or life sciences projects, ensuring operations continue in active facilities while delivering on schedule and budget.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, building sciences, or related field.
• 4+ years of project management/construction experience on healthcare or complex facilities.
• Experience across design and construction phases.
• Knowledge of budgets, schedules, change management, contracts, and project controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project/construction management software.

Mansioni

• Support PM in planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout of healthcare projects.
• Coordinate among architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor design and construction for compliance with requirements and objectives.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost reporting, change orders, and invoices.
• Track milestones, risks, action items, and escalate concerns.
• Support project meetings and maintain documentation (minutes, logs, reports).
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals, and contractor docs.
• Assist with procurement and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate commissioning, equipment installation, shutdowns, and turnover.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
