Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
• Ability to perform trimming, pruning, weeding, and seasonal upkeep.
• Willingness to travel weekly to additional locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of a large healthcare property.
• Perform landscape maintenance including trimming, weeding, pruning, and seasonal upkeep.
• Remove litter and debris from exterior areas to ensure a clean environment.
• Complete daily grounds inspections and address routine maintenance needs.
• Assist with walkways, entrances, parking areas, and landscaped spaces.
• Identify and report landscape damage, safety concerns, or property issues.
