About the Role:

Join CBRE as a Landscape Coordinator supporting a large healthcare campus in Cincinnati. In this hands-on role, you will help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal of a premier healthcare facility and its surrounding properties. Working a consistent part-time morning schedule, you'll play a key role in ensuring patients, visitors, and staff experience a clean, safe, and welcoming environment every day.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-10:00 AM (20 hours per week)

Travel: Weekly visits to two nearby healthcare locations (approximately 5 and 10 miles from the primary site)

What You'll Do:

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of a large healthcare property totaling approximately 750,000 square feet.


• Perform landscape maintenance including trimming, weeding, pruning, and seasonal grounds upkeep.


• Remove litter, debris, and trash from all visible exterior areas to ensure a clean environment.


• Complete daily grounds inspections and address routine maintenance needs.


• Assist with maintaining walkways, entrances, parking areas, and landscaped spaces.


• Identify and report landscape damage, safety concerns, or property issues to leadership.


• Support site inspections and ensure grounds meet quality and appearance standards.


• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines while delivering high-quality service.
