Job summary

Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Groundskeeper at the Burnet Campus to maintain parking areas, turf, and overall grounds across campus locations. This full-time role includes day shift, 40 hours per week, and a focus on safety and cleanliness to support patients, families, and staff.

Starting pay ranges $18.16–$22.25 per hour, with pay determined by experience, skills, and equity. Candidates may receive additional pay differentials and benefits; a valid driver's license is required, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No directly related experience.
• Participate in obtaining Pesticide Applicators Service License if necessary.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping- Restripe all garages and parking lots and special designated areas on CCHMC campus locations. Maintain/ enhance turf areas with proper mowing/ fertilization procedures.
• Service- Assist with construction and maintenance of annual/ perennial beds. Provide services such as snow removal, grass cutting, pruning, and mulching.
