Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Landscape Coordinator to support a large healthcare campus in Cincinnati. This part-time morning role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, totaling 20 hours per week, providing essential upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

You’ll perform landscape maintenance, address routine grounds needs, inspect exterior areas, and report issues to leadership.

Qualifications

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions as needed.
Ability to follow established routines and safety practices.
Effective communication and team coordination.

Responsibilities

Maintain appearance and cleanliness of a large healthcare property totaling approximately 750,000 square feet.
Perform landscape maintenance including trimming, weeding, pruning, and seasonal grounds upkeep.
Remove litter, debris, and trash from all visible exterior areas to ensure a clean environment.
Complete daily grounds inspections and address routine maintenance needs.
Assist with maintaining walkways, entrances, parking areas, and landscaped spaces.
Identify and report landscape damage, safety concerns, or property issues to leadership.
Support site inspections and ensure grounds meet quality and appearance standards.
Follow established procedures and safety guidelines while delivering high-quality service.
