SolutionHealth is seeking a Call Center Manager to lead the 24x7 SNHH call center and switchboard operations in Nashua, NH. You will coordinate staff, budgets, and technology lifecycles to deliver high-quality telephone interactions across departments.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in call center roles with at least 2 years in leadership, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4 years substituted for degree.
• Minimum 5 years in call center operations, with at least 2 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Healthcare experience in hospital or health system preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and discretion in handling confidential matters.

Mansioni

• Lead 24x7 call center operations, scheduling, and workload forecasting.
• Coach and develop call center supervisors and agents; monitor performance and recruit.
• Coordinate between call center and clinical practices; train scheduling systems and after-hours services.
• Oversee paging, directories, and emergency call center protocols.
