Southern New Hampshire Health in Nashua, NH, seeks a Call Center Manager to lead the SNHH call center and switchboard operations 24x7. You will report to the Executive Director of Access & Engagement Systems and oversee staff, budgets, and technology lifecycles to deliver high-quality patient communications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years in call center leadership, including 2 years in supervision.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of call center experience.
• At least 2 years in supervision or leadership roles.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 24x7 call center and switchboard operations.
• Lead and develop call center supervisors and staff.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Ensure compliance and risk management across the department.
