Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Call Center Manager to lead the SNHH call center and switchboard, ensuring 24x7 operations, staffing, budgets, and technology lifecycles. This exempt leadership role acts as a liaison across departments to deliver high-quality telephone interactions.

You will coach supervisors, manage scheduling and performance, collaborate with IT and vendors, and maintain business continuity to support patient access and engagement 24/7.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of call center experience, including at least 2 years in supervision.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily 24x7 call center operations and scheduling.
• Coach and develop supervisors and staff, monitor performance.
• Coordinate with clinical practices and IT to ensure reliable systems.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor relationships, and business continuity.
• Serve as liaison across departments and emergency management teams.
