Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager to expand referral networks across Eastern and Central Massachusetts. You will drive growth by engaging doctors, facilities, and payors, promoting ABA services, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.

Qualifications include at least 3 years in healthcare sales/marketing, a marketing degree, willingness to travel, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare, mental health, education or related therapies field.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in sales and marketing in the service industry.
• Requires the ability to travel.
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans tailored to the ABA Therapy Industry to achieve organizational growth objectives.
• Identify new prospective clients and partners through prospecting activities, market research, and networking.
• Set phone and in-person appointments to present Kaleidoscope ABA services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers, hospital systems, insurance companies, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize client acquisition.
• Conduct regular client communication to understand needs, address concerns, and promote ongoing business.
