Premier Medical Partners, LLC is seeking a Boston-based Business Development Manager to drive growth in orthotic and prosthetic patient care, building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and allied health professionals nationwide.

You will manage territory revenue objectives, develop strategies, and coordinate vendor credentialing, with an emphasis on new business development and strong partnerships. The role offers a competitive base, uncapped bonuses, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in healthcare administration, marketing, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve clinic and territory revenue objectives.
• Build collaborative relationships with team members and clinical partners.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing referral sources and generate new referrals.
• Coordinate hospital/facility vendor credentialing and contracting.
• Develop business plans with each clinic in the territory.
• Monitor territory performance and review referral reports.
