Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive territory sales and revenue across hospital, skilled nursing, and rehab settings.

You will cultivate relationships with physicians, clinics, and referral sources while expanding the company’s footprint in the orthotics and prosthetics market. The role requires strategic prospecting, ongoing physician and hospital engagement, and the ability to manage complex contracts and RFPs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in healthcare, marketing, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in professional sales in healthcare or 1 year as BDA.
• Valid driver's license required or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Achieve clinic and territory revenue objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from referral sources.
• Build collaborative relationships with clinic teams and external partners.
• Lead and coordinate contract and RFP processes with hospitals/IDNs.
• Monitor territory performance and conduct quarterly business reviews.
